Practices
Practices are held outside at Crawford Pool
First day of practice is tentatively June 1, 2026 and is offered every week day for every age group. Come as often or as little as you like! Attending practice is crucial to stroke development and endurance building for your child.
8-9am: 9yr and older
9-9:45: 8yr and under
Practice ends July 3rd for the regular season. Champs swimmers who are selected will still practice July 6-8th. A final fun day for all swimmers will be on Thursday, July 9th.
Times and dates are subject to change. Some swimmers may be re-grouped based on ability. We want them to be challenged but not overwhelmed!
